Le premier roman de Connie Guzzo McParland, The Girls of Piazza d'Amore, publié par Linda Leith Publishing en 2013, a été sélectionné pour le Concordia First Novel Award par la Quebec Writers' Federation. Son second, The Women of Saturn, a paru en 2017 chez Inanna Publications. Depuis 2010, elle codirige les éditions Guernica. Elle vit à Montréal.
